i checked the website but nothing interesting there so what is it acctualy for ?

it is for real runescape.
were doing this so we can try get more donates for server.

so when it says $9.80 for 7m where do u get 7m or do u not get it

basically , you pay 9.80 and our staff at mystic levelz will go on your account and make the money by doing things that doesnt get your levels up to much , for example mining pure ess,
